Our Team
President and Founder, Winfied Cooper, III, SIOR, CCIM, RAM, has accrued over 30 years of commercial real estate experience with a strong banking and financial analysis background. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from the University of Michigan and is a Member of CCIM, RAM, NAR and SIOR.
Amanda joined the company in 2004 and is responsible for all the accounting duties for Cooper Commercial and each property that we manage. Her prior experience includes 8 years as an office manager for a residential builder.
